5. Refund Policy

We aim to deliver legal services to your satisfaction. However, refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• The service has not yet started or any work performed.
• You cancel the request within 48 hours of payment.
• We are unable to deliver the agreed service for internal or legal reasons.

Partial refunds may apply if the work has commenced. Refunds are not issued for completed legal advice, audits, or documentation already delivered.

All materials, documents, and content created by TechShield remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their internal business purposes.
